Day 1 Casablanca:
Arrival in Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco, you will be welcomed and transferred by van to your Casablanca hotel, where you check in and relax in the afternoon. Depending on the weather, you will have a guided tour of the Hassan II mosque. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 2 Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaouen:
After breakfast, you will depart for Chefchaouen, the famous blue city of Morocco in the Rif Mountains. On the route, we will make a stop in Rabat, the capital and residence of the king, for lunch and a time to enjoy the beautiful coastal city. After lunch, continue in Chefchaouen for the night. Dinner is served at the hotel.
Day 3 Chefchaouen:
After breakfast, you will have a tour of this "cool" blue city, hidden in the mountains. You will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Rif Mountains. Dinner is served at the hotel.
Day 4 Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fez:
After breakfast, settles in the morning to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. You will spend the morning exploring the 2,000 years old ruins and get an image of life during the Roman Empire. Lunch will be taken in Meknes one of the imperial cities of Morocco. After lunch, your guide will take you on a tour of Meknes, and then you will head to Fez, the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco. Dinner will be served at the hotel
Day 5 Fes Guided Tour:
After breakfast, you will begin your guided tour of the medina, one of the largest city walls in the world. You will explore the narrow streets full of fresh fruit, piles of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets and many other Moroccan art objects. A visit to the Palace of the Kings, the tanneries and potters are just a few places you will experience. For lunch you can eat in the traditional restaurant in the heart of the medina. After lunch, complete the tour and return to your hotel for the night. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
Day 6 Fez - Ifran - Azrou - Erfoud:
After breakfast you will start your ascent through the mountains of the Middle Atlas. Most of the day will be spent winding road through the beautiful forests, rugged rock faces and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas mountain range and begin descending towards the Sahara desert. Half way, we will stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, famous for its fossils and rocks. Upon arrival at the hotel in Erfoud, a hot shower or swim in the pool (depending on weather) will be a gift after the unit. Dinner is served at the hotel.
Day 7 Erfoud - Rissani - Sahara Desert:
Most of the day you will spend relaxing in the hotel or exploring the small but interesting desert city. In the afternoon, you will head out in some vehicles with 4-wheel drive through the barren land to the majestic sand dunes of the Sahara. You will burst on a camel for a 2 hour walk to the oasis where you will spend the night in Berber tents (Dinner included). *** This could be optional if you prefer to go back to the hotel to sleep Desert Camp
Day 8 Todra Gorges -Dreams Gorges:
After breakfast, you will return by camel to the 4x4 and return to Erfoud. From Erfoud you leave behind the High Atlas Mountains on the route to the Todra Gorges. In the afternoon, you will take a walk in the soaring Gorges of Todra (600 feet high). The picturesque valleys of the rivers to make a beautiful trip towards the south-east of Morocco. You will spend the night in Boumalne near the Gorges of Dades or Ouarzazate before crossing the High Atlas mountains. Dinner is served in the Kasbah.
Day 9 Dades Gorges - Ouarzazate - Marrakech:
After breakfast, we will head out of Marrakech. On the way you will visit one of the jewels of Morocco ... Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. In typical Moroccan fashion, the real treasures must be sought and discovered ... usually out of the ordinary. Currently, this adjustment has been used for more films than any other place in Morocco; movies like Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, and recently The Gladiator.
After your visit to this famous Kasbah, you will complete the unit on the High Atlas mountains. Once in Marrakech, register at the hotel and then head to the Djemaa el-Fna square, the central square of the medina. The famous Djemaa el-Fna square, is one of the attractions of downtown Marrakech. Coming life in the night with local narrators, artists and mouth water grills, the square is well worth a visit. A quiet cup of tea on the terrace of a café next door offers a spectacular aerial view of the bustling square. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 10 Marrakech Guided Tour:
After breakfast, the group will have a guided tour of Marrakech, the pearl of southern Morocco. You will discover the Bahia Palace, the Saadi Tombs, and many other hidden treasures. After lunch, you will continue with the tour to the magnificent Koutoubia mosque and the famous Djemaa el-Fna square, one of the attractions of the center of Marrakech. The tour will conclude with an exploration of the souk (market) filled with fresh fruit, piles of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets and many other Moroccan art objects. Dinner is served at the hotel.
Day 11 Marrakech - Essaouira:
After breakfast, we departed for the coastal town of Essaouira, a picturesque fishing village, located on the southwestern coast of Morocco. With an exquisite beach to the south, Essaouira has become one of the most popular coastal cities in Morocco. Many of the country's wood carvers and artists make Essaouira their home. Dinner is served at the hotel.
Day 12 Essaouira Free Day:
This will be a free day in Essaouira. Dinner is served at the hotel.
Day 13 Essaouira - Casablanca:
Your last day of travel will take you back to Casablanca. Essaouira will leave for Casablanca with a stop at El Oualidia on the way. We go along the coast of El Jadida where we will visit the citadel and see the underground cistern. We continue to Casablanca, where we will spend our last night in the country. Dinner is served at the hotel.
Day 14 Casablanca - Departure:
Transferred to the airport and End of Trip.
